Project "Improving quality and efficiency in the provision of services at the local level"

The project "Improving the quality and efficiency in the provision of services at the local level" aims to strengthen the capacity of local self-government to provide services to citizens, improving their quality and efficiency. The project is implemented in the period from 01/08/2022 to 30/06/2023, and it is implemented by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities - Association of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia with the financial support of German development cooperation within the GIZ project "Support for public administration reforms in the Republic of Serbia in the process of accession to the European Union".

The specific goal of the project is to increase the availability and efficiency of selected local self-government services in at least 8 local self-government units (LGUs) through the establishment of unique administrative posts.
