SCTM 53rd General Assembly

The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) is organizing its 53rd General Assembly, which will take place on 18 November 2025 in Belgrade, at the Sava Center (Milentija Popovića Street No. 9), starting at 11:00 a.m.

The theme of this year’s General Assembly is “Two Decades of Cooperation Between the Swiss Confederation and the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities in Supporting Local Government Development.”

In accordance with the SCTM Statute and election rules, the Assembly will consider documents of importance for the organization’s work in the coming year and conduct elections for positions within the SCTM.

The event will also include a ceremonial signing of cooperation agreements for the implementation of new support packages for towns and municipalities, as well as the awarding of certificates of appreciation and a symbolic donation of toys to towns and municipalities participating in relevant projects implemented by the SCTM in cooperation with national and international partners.
