The project aims to map the actual needs for social services, not only for children with developmental disabilities in preschool institutions, but for all children in need.

The project will identify available local professional human resources and also analyze the establishment of inter-sector cooperation.  During the project, a Program for the implementation of innovative inter-sector social support services for children with difficulties in early childhood enrolled in preschool institutions will be created to support both children and parents, as well as the preschool institutions themselves.

The project plans training for employees in the preschool institution and employees providing innovative social services, and piloting the service itself.  Also, a minor procurement of equipment is planned to improve conditions for implementing innovative social services and support both direct and indirect beneficiaries- other children in the preschool institution.

The awareness-raising campaign will also include media publications (advertisements on TV, in newspapers, on the radio) as a call to the target group and end-users to participate in capacity building based on the planned development of the service according to actual needs.  The goal is to plan services according to necessary measures to cover as many beneficiaries as possible with adequate quality of service provision in the most efficient way.
