Beneficiaries: Roma in the municipality of Vrnjacka Banja and parts of the Raska and Moravica districts, Roma leaders, decision-makers, students.

The "ROMACTION" project aims to improve social protection services and enhance measures for the inclusion of Roma at the local level.

The project will focus on establishing innovative services for social inclusion, such as legal aid and psychological support.  A mentoring program "Big Brother/Big Sister" will be established to support Roma and Serbian students.

Special attention will be given to combating discrimination by organizing the "Living Library" action and conducting a campaign to raise awareness about discrimination against Roma.

To promote Roma culture, a "Roma Week" will be organized with cultural events and exhibitions, and support will be provided for the participation of Roma in cultural festivals. As part of the process of empowering Roma men and women, activities will be undertaken to involve Roma in project activities and provide training for the development of leadership skills.

The project will work to renovate and equip kindergartens and extended stay classrooms in schools to enhance inclusive processes.  By organizing public events, publishing articles in local newspapers, and using social media to promote tolerance and equality, a campaign will be conducted to raise awareness about the importance of Roma inclusion.
