PROJECT TITLE: Development of innovative preventive intersectoral service - Field associate

BENEFICIARIES: Members of the Roma population (202 individuals) who are at social, health, housing, and other risks.
The project aims to improve the lives of vulnerable population groups in the municipality of Raška through increased access to social and health services. This goal will be achieved by focusing on three key areas: capacity building, providing the "Field Associate" service, and establishing a sustainable framework for providing this service.
Main activities within the project include:
- Capacity building of social protection experts for field support to Roma as a vulnerable population group by providing specialized training for direct service providers - field associates by an accredited organization.
- Providing the "Field Associate" service for a duration of 8 months and accompanying activities to support the target group. Trained professionals will be able to reach individuals in the community, bypassing potential barriers to accessing support. By introducing the "Field Associate" service, all beneficiaries will be contacted and receive information and direct assistance on how to avoid the greatest risks arising from belonging to a vulnerable population, stemming from their lifestyle, what they do, and what surrounds them, and how to respond to these risks.
- Establishing a long-term framework for ensuring the sustainability of the "Field Associate" service through the development of an Action Plan for the implementation of the service, Strategy for Social Inclusion of Roma 2025-2028, Statistical Yearbook for Social Inclusion of Roma, and Guidelines for Preventing Dropout from the Educational System.
